Unsuccessful case with zak acupuncture
W, male, 58 years old, long-term pain in the left lower extremity numbness, skin hypersensitivity in the leg, if a finger touch, the pain becomes severe, surgery was done in the hospital, but one year after surgery, pain increasing.
Clinical examination: a spinal deformity and tenderness point in the bilateral neck in C2-C7 andT1-T12, spine left scoliosis, straight legs bending test waist and straight leg extension unrestricted test, but the left lower limb numbness of the leads, straight-leg raising test negative, highly sensitive point of tenderness at the root of both the waist and thighs, buttocks at the point of tenderness is not sensitive.
Treatment: zak acupuncture
Results: invalid, more than 10 times after treatment, the pain did not ease, but did not increase.
