L, male, 45 years old, bilateral hip pain, low back pain, about 15years. 15 years ago, started feeling left hip pain, occurred after the lateral leg pain. Hospital Diagnosis: arteritis, after various treatments ineffective, decades later, the beginning also found that lateral hip pain, the above symptoms, sometimes serious. A year ago, the sudden increases in low back pain, unable to work.
Clinical examination: a spinal deformity, straight legs bending test: hand fingertip 25 cm from the ground, but it cause lateral leg pain, straight leg extension of the limited , straight-leg raising test: 40 left, 45 right , and caused waist pain. Highly sensitive to the point of tenderness at the waist and hip.
Treatment: zak acupuncture
Results: After six months of treatment, patients symptoms disappeared
