C female, 24 years old, the onset of menstruation that is, dysmenorrhea, accompanied by lower abdominal pain, perineal pain, anal pain, nearly half a month to more severe dysmenorrhea, three days before each menstrual both feeling severe pain, and bilateral knee pain , and the late peacetime no menstrual pain, unable to work, to the out-patient treatment.

Clinical examination: straight-leg raising test both are 90 degrees, the roots of bilateral thigh highly sensitive point of tenderness, knees hip-flexor legs test leads to the root of bilateral thigh pain. Diagnosis: Bilateral thigh damage to the roots of dysmenorrhea, bilateral knee patella fat pad damage.

Treatment: zak acupuncture
After treatment: After a course of treatment, the patient's menstrual pain, knee disappear
Discussion: The menstrual pain is the root of the thigh soft tissue damage potential of the pre-menstrual Jire endocrine disorder, causing downward abdomen and genitals conduction of pain, and not necessarily the genitourinary system organ caused by organic disease.
