Zak acupuncture for Lumbago merger adult congenital hip dislocation
Z, female, 26 years old, left thigh and groin pain six months, when she was child, that is, the beginning of bilateral lower extremity can not walking normal, no treatment. A year ago, begin to feel left thigh and groin sore and pain, affecting walking, in the hospital diagnosed as: congenital hip dislocation, plan to operation, but patients do not agree.
Clinical examination: lumbar spine right convex, excessive lordosis, straight legs bending test, hand fingertip 5 cm from the ground, straight leg extension waist test was negative, straight-leg raising test negative. X-ray left congenital hip dislocation, highly sensitive point of tenderness in the left buttock and thigh roots .diagnosis: soft tissue damage in the spinal canal of the left hip pain, combined with congenital dislocation of the hip.
Treatment: zak acupuncture
Results: After a period of treatment, pain relief, but, congenital hip dislocation still exist
