Wieght Losing.

My age is 22 Years old. My weight is 140 kg. I want to reduce my weight. which Exercise and Recipe is good for weight Losing Purpose?

your weight is so much as a compare to your age
so you should do exercise and also eat low calories foods
eat only protein diet food

Hi,
Eliminate anything with saturated and trans-fat. I lost 12 pounds in three weeks. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet and went to the gym every other day for two hours straight working on cardio and weights. I'm sure you can attain your goal.

Hi Everyone,
It glad to be post in these forum and follow the diet schedule for losing the weight are as follows.
1)Decide when you are going to eat. Part of making a diet schedule work is actually scheduling when to eat. Training your body to eat at the same times every day will help with problems such as hunger or fatigue.
2)Know what foods will benefit your body the most. Foods high in fiber will make you feel full longer.
3)Mix it up for dinner. As you are nearing bed time, consider adding foods that do not energize your body as intensely. Prepare a well rounded meal that includes some protein, dairy, vegetables and carbohydrates.etc
