X, female, 34 years old, low back pain 20 years, beginning as lumbar sore, progressive development of low back pain, headache, began to dizziness, and has hip pain, unable to walk, hospital diagnosis: sacroiliac arthritis, use tablet, but null and void. Recently, severe pain and bedridden.

Clinical examination: a spinal deformity, straight legs bending test, hand fingertip 50 cm from the ground, straight leg extension waist test, restricted, Both inspection has drawn increasing waist pain, straight-leg raising test left 90 , and 60 right, leads to pain, tenderness highly sensitive point in T8-T9, L3,l2, L4, on the ridge after the iliac, inferior gluteal nerve, the sciatic nerve exports area, thigh roots patella sharp. hip flexor Half-leg test positive.

Treatment: zak acupuncture
Results: After a period of treatment, and the pain is alleviated, disappeared. But there are still some tenderness in the site.
Discussion: Arthritis sacroiliac isn't cause of pain, the pain is still to come from soft tissue injury.
