Trish completed both undergraduate and postgraduate training at Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia. Trish specialises in combining her manual and rehabilitative skills to provide a comprehensive treatment plan for all her patients whatever their goal. She has been trained in Clinical Pilates for 8 years, manual therapy for 15 years and with her Sports Masters background has been successfully tailoring treatment programmes to decrease pain, retrain movement patterns and improve performance in elite athletes and office workers alike.
